Green Frog / Nestera - from Southmead Poultry

Previously known as ‘Green Frog’ these newly improved ‘Nestera’ coops are made from 9mm thick 100% recycled plastic, making them durable, resistant to UV and they won't degrade over time - which is why they come with a guarantee of 25 years! - your chickens will stay dry and protected in their Nestera coop - whatever the weather.

The coops are available in three styles and each style is available in three different sizes, to accommodate between 3-15 hens.

Both the Lodge and Raised coops are elevated off the ground 22.5cm and 45cm respectively, making them even easier to clean/access and collect the eggs, also giving your hens a dry area to dustbath and relax away from the sun/rain. This additional space under the Raised coop can be used for placing feeders/drinkers and allows your hens to take shelter from bad weather. The chicken run is manufactured with hot-dip galvanised steel weld mesh with a durable PPA coating.

Easy Cleaning - large rear hatches, roofs and easily removable nesting boxes offer full access to the interior.

o 2m Enclosed Run – that will fit the ‘Large Raised’ coop only;

o 1m Run extensions that are added onto the 2m run to provide your flock with an extended and secure outside space, each extension run can be clipped together to provide the right length run for your garden (currently only available on Large Raised model);

o Nestera automatic door openers

o Wheel set (2 wheels in pack) to easily move your coop to a different spot (currently only available on all Raised models).

o Droppings tray(s) – removeable for quick and easy cleaning;

2m Enclosed Run	1m Run Extension	Set of 2 wheels
Suitable for use on the ‘Large Raised Coop’ only. Manufactured with hot-dip galvanised steel weld mesh with a durable PPA coating, the 2m Run and 1m Run Extension are designed to fit securely to the Large Raised Coop – the 2m run measurements includes the area under the coop. Dimensions: Height: 956mm, Width: 925mm, Length: 1150mm Pop hole to the front of the run, plus two openings/doors to the rear to let your chickens out, or to put the feeder underneath in the dry. The 2m run and run extensions come with a 10-year anti-corrosion warranty to offer you further peace of mind. Nestera auto door opener is similar to the one shown above.
The Nestera Automatic Door Opener can be set to open and close dependent on light levels or at specific times also has manual open and close function. Designed and manufactured in the UK using high-grade electronics encased in a plastic weatherproof casing. It is very simple to fit, set up and operate and includes all fixings, batteries and operating instructions. Capable of lifting 1.5kg, the unit is extremely reliable and includes a 3-year warranty. Suitable for fitting to all Nestera chicken coops, and all other vertically opening coop/run doors.	Each tray measures - Length: 76.5cm, Width: 25.5cm, Depth: 2.5cm.
